The 2011 POTA film plus the sequels were all rather lousy. They overdid use of the very bad, remade character of Caesar.
This new film is set far in the future from the last POTA sequel. Little to no more Caesar. Less to none of him is very much indeed a very good thing. But it's useless in giving this film any quality in its own right. The sequel will be awful and dreadful just like rest of the 2011-on POTA films. It will just be completely rotten for somewhat to totally different reasons.

PS The 2001 film POTA was actually good in small letters. One of the very, very last films of any kind ever made to be any good. Everything in God's created universe degenerates. See my postings.
