...survive or the bald guy killed her? Why was not Will paying attenton to her safe departure? It could save lot of people.
How could be Choi called back to work from front of their house if there is no reception, only in back?
How did their son actually died? I noticed only something related to bat and his good friend, but I missed what actually happened to him.
You can drink and drive in US? Since apparently nobody bothered to be driver for the way back and they all kept drinking including poisoned drink.
Btw. interesting movie, little bit resembling Coherence and The Gift to me, but good idea, though could be shorter, but last few minutes/shots raised my rating from 6 to 7/10 (3->3.5) with the sirens and cult members all around murdering people in other houses.
EDIT: 1. OK, now I read at hashed.io that in script and cutted scene which didn't make it into movie, it's shown her dea body somewhere in bushes.

I liked it more than I did Coherence, but I can see the resemblance. The Gift was solid too. I really liked The Invitation... It's so creepy and builds up from the drive in the very beginning until that scene at the very end...
So few people know about this movie... None of my friends have seen it!

it's not bad movie, solid 6, though thanks to final shot i gave it 7, but most of the characters were unrealistically dumb, I liked it more than Coherence, pretty much on par with The Gift which is more boring but a bit more realistic
as for signal which comes in and out, i don't think that's how mobile network works, you either have weak signal or no plus you can often reach 911 even when your phone show no signal since threshold to try to connect to emergency services is set lower than official threshold to connect ordinary call

I think the bald guy probably didn’t kill her. The killing started once the red lamp was lighted.

I agree, I don't think Claire was killed -- although it was left ambiguous. Pruitt wouldn't have had time to dispose of the body/move the car to conceal the crime up until the main event hours later. Troy hadn't shown up yet and he would certainly have asked why Claire was dead in the driveway when he did arrive. Plus we didn't hear a gunshot or a scream or a panicked car horn or tires spinning out, and Pruitt returned with no blood on him. I really enjoyed how the movie kept you guessing whether or not Will was nuts or astute.
