Plays like a trashy pulp novel!!

The main story is about a juvenile Peeping Tom, but the sub-plots include one with Jack Cassidy abrubtly running out on his wife to Las Vegas with neighbor Ruth Roman (who is sultry in her pool wear). It's short and worth a watch. 7/10
