after all this investigation I was expecting different conclusion, that they will provide all this information to police/FBI to stop this harassment and blackmailing of young men participating in his fetish, but aparently nothing happened and there is no resolution and he continues enjoying his power overcompensating bullying in childhood plus his own insecurity about his sexual orientation

I agree, it is maddening that apparently the FBI/police were so ineffectual in stopping the blackmail, online abuse, etc. I can't help but wonder if everything would have been handled differently if the victims were female.
I found out today that David D'Amato has actually passed away at the age of 55. The Tickled filmakers released a statement about his death.
I hope this means the abuse of young men will stop. I felt terrible for all of his victims, who were just trying to make some extra money and had their lives destroyed.
It's too bad he couldn't have been openly gay and conducted his business in a legal and respectful manner, like that other tickle video producer the directors met with. There's nothing wrong with tickling fetish videos, it was just the way David D'Amato chose to conduct himself.
He seemed like a closeted gay man with a lot of anger, with legal jargon as his only thing to hide behind. It's too bad he was never able to work through his personal problems. I hope his victims can find peace now.
