I liked him in space 1999 would of been great in star trek as mr spock if Nimoy had been availble.

True!
M Landau commands that screen, performs authoritatively and draws in the crowds for any show he does.
Don't know if L Nimoy would ave been available or not for the role of M Spock on S Trek, but M Landau would have served the series very well, as we all know how well M Landau could do.
