Trouble submitting new show.

I’ve tried a handful of times adding a new show and have tried two different browsers. When I enter all the information and click on finish it brings up the saving box but never goes beyond that. I don’t remember exactly what it said but out of all the times I tried it did show an error once. I believe the error said failure to save…

By any possible chance do you get a response saying either something like that the show already exists in the database, or that the IMDb # (if you had included one) is already taken?
In the event the series is foreign made, particularly if of a language not your own, it may be in our database under a title different than you know it by.
Those are a few possibilities I'm able to think of. Or perhaps you've left some mandatory field blank?

After filling out the first page and hit next it gives me a list of 4 possible shows that it could be but none of them are the show I’m trying to add and neither of them match the title of it. I’ve filled out all of the fields but have also tried leaving the IMDb # blank.
