I've noticed that as well. They are actually updating, but it takes a significant time. Sometimes opening the actor's page forces the image to refresh quickly, and after that, the small thumbnail is immediately updated.

Changes to all items can take a few minutes to propagate through the system, this is normal.

I've been editing on the site for over a year and it's never taken this long - it also only seems to be the guest stars page of an episode, as far as I can tell. I always refresh to check the changes and I wait to refresh since I know it's not instant but I've checked again after hours and the images on the guest stars page still haven't updated.

Just did a measurement - 25 minutes after adding the image the thumbnail is not displayed on the guest stars list. The image was added at 11:39 my time, but at 12:05 it is still blank.

UPD. at 12:09 the image is finally updated. So it took 30 minutes. A little more than a few :D

It's also noticable in the creator list on TV shows. I added a picture for Rachel Kondo two days ago, but it still doesn't show up for me on Shōgun: https://i.imgur.com/v9jiRTc.png
