We don't have created a French version of the season, but only a French translation of the titles. We always use the original order of broadcast on the original network.
Thank you for your answer... I've tried to create one but after moving episode from yours to mine... I can't got further... I'll do my Kodi upgrade with NFO files

Here, we use the original order of broadcast on the original network. That mean that we are using the ITV broadcast order and not the French order.
So, I'm going to revert your modifications.
If you want to use a specific order, you can create an episode group.
