Wouldn't casino security have seen him touching the chips on the Roulette table? You're not allowed to touch the chips on the table after the Roulette wheel starts spinning, and I'm sure there are security cameras in the casino.

I suppose it depends on the casino. I haven't seen this movie, so I don't know how large the casino is. But I used to work surveillance in a casino where I live & I kept a close eye on all of the tables.
