Should I read the book?

That SDCC teaser...WOW! Seriously the most exciting trailer/teaser out of SDCC this year IMO!
Wondering if I should read the book now...I almost don't wanna wait for the movie next year!

The movie won't be following the book exactly, but sure.

I cannot see how they will have half the stuff in the movie they did in the book so read it after I say
cause the movie looks like it will be great fun so no reason to spoil

As long as you realize that the movie can't and won't follow the book with complete faithfulness and you can live with that ... yes, read it. It's a delightful book. A wonderful book! Why deprive yourself? :)
