This doesn't look very good. Read some reviews, and it seems Aronovsky went overboard with this.

Think one of the bigger questions is: Do they play Danzig in any of the scenes? I have a feeling they do.

I love watching films without knowing anything about them so that they can impact me to their fullest extent. When I first watched this, I didnt know what to think... I thought I understood some of it (maybe 50%), but wanted to know more. I'm glad that I did look into it further as the detail and thought that is put into this film is extraordinary.
Yes, it is annoying and at times hard to watch, but that is a credit to the film makers - I believe that was their purpose.
This film has "stayed with me" in the months since I've seen it.
It is brilliant.

It's worth checking out... Aronofsky did go overboard, but that was the whole point of it... it wouldn't have worked otherwise ๐Ÿ˜Ž

No Danzing, actually no music at all in the movie! But the sound design is excellent... If you have even a half decent surround sound system at home you're in for a treat...

This movie was great. Why? Because itโ€™s a breath of fresh air. You donโ€™t see too many movies like this anymore especially from a major studio. I love when a director can just make the movie they want to make without the studio butting in and fucking everything up. This is a masterpiece.
