It's an absurdist comedy with a sci-fi element that you just have to accept because it doesn't make a lot of sense (almost Rick & Morty level), and Karen Gillan is very deadpan and great here, but the last 10 minutes or so is kind of a cheat. And I started to realize around half way through that the opening scene had telegraphed what would happen and I was mostly right, which is a shame because it seemed kind of obvious who the winner would be and I hoped I would be wrong.
Not a bad movie, but could have been better.

Yes very much agree. The obvious thing at the end was why couldn't the law go to the facility where the double was produced to confirm if she was the real one? They stated at the beginning that the process had an error and the eye colour was different.
Another thing which was a little distracting, albeit added to the wackiness of the movie, is the setting. Before knowing it was filmed in Finland, I was trying to figure where it was located (in real life). I mean, most of the minor characters had some hybrid English accent.
