The current title is correct, as previously mentioned here and here.

Those links are referencing the original release of the movie. What is posted on TMDB is inconsistent. It lists the original title yet the main poster is from the 1999 boxset cover which clearly says "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark."

Yes, the film was re-marketed for that 1999 video release, though the original title is retained during the opening credits.
We cannot control what posters get the most amount of votes (unless it violates the image guidelines). There are a fair share of high quality posters that only read "Raiders of the Lost Ark", they simply need to be given higher ratings by voters.
