Jess Mastriani was a normal person who only wanted to take over her parents' restaurant in Indiana. But that changed when she was hit by lightning. After that she began seeing visions of missing people. Jess decides to use her newfound ability to be a consultant to the FBI, helping locate missing individuals. Eventually, she is hired by the bureau full-time and trained to become an agent, but her by-the-book nature sometimes clashes with the personality of her partner. Jess and her colleagues work out of the FBI's Washington, D.C., office.

The show has generally brings five amateur chefs competing against each other hosting a dinner party for the other contestants. An element of comedy is added to the show through comedian Jamie Carr, who provides a dry and "Canadian sarcastic" narration.

Undercover Boss, commonly referred to as Undercover Boss Canada is a Canadian reality television series, based on the British series of the same name. Each episode depicts a person who has a high management position at a major Canadian business, deciding to become undercover as an entry-level employee to discover the faults in the company. The first season, which consisted of 10 episodes, ran from February 2, 2012 to April 5, 2012, on W Network. On April 3, 2012, W Network, Alliance, and Corus ordered an additional 30 episodes for the series, to be split into four new seasons.

The second season, which consisted of 10 episodes, aired from September 6, 2012 to November 8, 2012. The show's third season, which contains 10 episodes, will air from January 17, 2013 to March 21, 2013.

The Atwood Stories was a Canadian television drama series, which aired on W in 2003. A short-run dramatic anthology series produced by Shaftesbury Films, the series dramatized six short stories by Margaret Atwood.

The following year, Shaftesbury produced The Shields Stories, a similar series which dramatized six short stories by another Canadian writer, Carol Shields.

The Shopping Bags was a Canadian television series that aired on the W Network in Canada and on Fine Living in the United States. Launched in 2002, the series focused on consumer affairs and better shopping. Each week the program looked at several goods and services to discover which one was the best. This was also done to guide viewers towards which product or service may best suit their needs. The program looked at day-to-day shopping and big ticket items, as well as having a final "Shopping Thought" at the end of each program.

The Shopping Bags was produced in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada by Worldwide Bag Media Inc. and distributed by Picture Box Distribution. The hosts and show creators are award-winning journalists Anna Wallner and Kristina Matisic. The show first aired on the W Network, a television channel in Canada aimed at women. The program was also broadcast on Fine Living in the United States, a channel aimed at both male and female viewers.

In 2005, a companion book to The Shopping Bags television show was written by Wallner and Matisic and published in 2006. The book is titled The Shopping Bags: Tips, Tricks, and Inside Information to Make You a Savvy Shopper.

All for Nothing? is a Canadian real estate and design television series that airs on the W Network. The series is produced by Mountain Road Productions and is based in Ottawa and its surrounding areas. The first season premiered on October 7, 2010, comprising 13 one-hour episodes and has since aired on Casa.

In early 2011 the series was renewed for a second season of 26 episodes and Mark Burnett International obtained the worldwide distribution and format rights. The second season premiered on W Network January 3, 2012.

The Restaurant Adventures of Caroline & Dave is a 13-part docudrama Canadian television series which premiered on January 6, 2010 on the W Network. Produced by Mountain Road Productions, the series follows neophyte restaurateurs and couple, Caroline Ishii and Dave Loan as they struggle to realize their dream of opening ZenKitchen, a vegetarian restaurant situated in Ottawa’s trendy Chinatown.

Episodes are currently airing on OWN Canada Fridays at 3PM ET.
