I don't think that's possible, and I don't see anything suspicious in your account settings either. Try different browser (Edge, Firefox, or your mobile). If the problem persists, show us a screenshot (via imgur.com or similar service).
The problem has been solved thanks for helping me to fix this. With other browsers it wasn't a problem just in Firefox. Firefox reset to default settings. And now everything is solved, I can add translations again.

For which language do you want to add translation?
Post here the link of 2 or 3 films that you were unable to add translation.

Try a hard refresh of the page in your browser by hitting Ctrl+F5.
