Devins has this in the bag if he can keep this up. That was a great move with the idol. He's been doing really well in the challenges too. I don't think there is anyone left who would win against him. Actually, anyone sitting on the jury either. He has played an excellent game. He had me laughing when he was running around like a kid in the woods. He is legitimately having a blast out there and it's awesome to watch.

Yes, he is entertaining, and he has this thing in the bag if he makes it to the final.

Yikes, that was short!... time flies when you're having fun... a lot can happen in 2 hours... those kids are dangerous, get rid of them!!!

Well, they don't seem to be able to win challenges, so that helps.

Lol, that is true

SPOILERS

Well, I am bummed that Devins didn't make it to the final 3. Chris really played perfectly with the time he had. If he hadn't have taken Devins out himself, he wouldn't have won. It was a good season, even tho I thought it would be different how they brought players back.

I'll have to disagree; it wasn't a good season, imo. There were three good episodes at the end, and that's that. We didn't really have any dynamic villains, and there was too much kumbaya or quiet backstabbing.

I would have loved for Devins to win, and I was wondering why he gave Chris back the other half of the idol. I was just shaking my head at that move. I was wondering whether he was just trying to make the game harder for himself. I just couldn't see how did that help his game? Did he not just witness Chris help out Julie in the puzzle competition. Chris was Devin's only competition and was a big target; he should have cut him loose. He did it before. He could have easily kept the half and told Chris he found a fake idol.

Re: the last immunity challenge

I knew Chris had it in the bag, because he has such long arms. All he had to do was stretch his arm back to reach a block opposed to stepping back on the plank.

Another dumb move or a magic move?

Did Chris use some mental jiu-jitsu on Lauren to get her to make one of the most nonsensical moves in Survivor history by wasting her immunity idol on him. An idol, by the way, that would have saved her at the next vote.

Or. . . was Lauren just dumb?

If I were in her position, I would not have used the idol on him. Screw getting Devin out of the game. She had a ticket to stay in the game and continue fighting. Even if she wanted to get Devin out via Chris, couldn't he have done that by winning a challenge?

Conclusion: Lauren made a dumb move.

Devins had said it at a few tribals; everyone was laser focused on getting him out that they had blinders on to any other threat. Lauren was so focused on Devins, she didn't see Chris right in front of her.

Devins came so close in the fire making challenge! Just a couple more seconds and he would have had it.

What do you think of the premise for next season? I always liked Rob, but Sandra kind of rubs me the wrong way. At least they're not actually playing the game, and just there to serve as mentors.

Lol the season was pretty boring. And its kinda hilarious that the winner of this season is a person who had the privelege of pretty much not having to play Survivor at all and yet sit at the final tribal. Virtually immune at every tribal council without ever having to win (and play) any challenges, never having to make decisions about alliances and who to vote (never mind never having deal with Jeffs interogations at tribal), not having to deal with the paranoia of idols being found, peoples advantages, vote splitting, and generally the mental fuckery of living on an island with people who you can never be sure whether they are constantly lying to you or being honest, having ultimate access to ALL the jury members up until the last few days, and never even having to deal with the obstacle of convincing people you voted out to give you the million dollars. Chris was virtually rewarded for just starving on an island, while the actual game of survivor was being played next door.

However, having said all that, I've watched the show long enough that I really have ceased to care about the "integrity" of the show. Now its just something I casually/passively watch for mild entertainment value rather than something I intellectually consume and actively watch. So the finale was pretty hot to me. I feel like Chris showed up in the final days and everyone saw how big his throbbing cock was and people just got on their knees. I was pretty much jacking off the whole episode thinking about Chris making Gavin and Rick suck his cock to convince and beg him to take them to the final 3. I had fun watching.

Perfectly stated! That was a loophole the producers didn't see coming.

That's true. Still, they had to multitask -- not be on autopilot.

I was so bored w/the season that I didn't watch the finale. I just fast forwarded to see who won, and then I turned off the TV. However, someone did tell me about Rob and Sandra. I think Survivor is boring an idea from Big Brother, because they did a season like that. It was a dud, and I don't have high hopes for Survivor's next season if they are going to do that.

Correction: That was a loophole the producers DID see coming. That's not a loophole, thats the whole purpose/function of the season's twist/theme.

That was the last BB season that I watched. Past contestants Mike Boogie (yuck), Janelle, Brittany and Dan were brought on to coach the new players. After a point in time, they were given the choice to enter the game as players and they all did so.

And. . . I wouldn't be surprised if Survivor will do the same thing and allow Sandra and Rob to enter the game.

Brittany and Janelle are running the current Amazing Race as a Team. Are you watching?
