Dancing with the Stars is back with its most dynamic cast yet and ready to hit the ballroom floor. Each couple will perform a Jive, Foxtrot, Cha Cha or Viennese Waltz, vying for America's vote for the first time.

The 13 celebrities dance to some of the most beloved television theme songs from the past and present. Each couple will perform a cha cha, Argentine Tango, jive, Paso Doble, tango, quickstep or Viennese Waltz, vying for America's vote.

The first elimination of the season takes place, based on combined viewer and judges' scores from weeks 1 and 2.

The show will be packed with never-before-seen footage, including extended training packages, exclusive interviews with the couples and judge, and the second elimination of the season takes place.

Each couple will attempt to capture the spirit of a specific movie genre – action, foreign, spy, musical, sci-fi, drama, sports or animation – and perform a paso doblé, jazz, rumba, Argentine tango, samba, jive or quickstep. At the end of the night, based on scores and votes from last Monday, one couple will be eliminated.

An elimination occurs after the seventh week of competition, which features Halloween-themed dances. The contestants are divided up and perform in two team dances: Team Monster Mash and Team Phantom of the Opera.

The six remaining couples are prepping for a special night of dancing, in which they will perform two numbers – a regular couples dance and a special trio dance, in which one past season winner or finalist will be paired with each couple to compete.
