If you think that "Weight Loss" and "Stress Relief" have been originally broadcasted as 2 episodes each on NBC, you will have to give us a proof.
Note : Wikipedia is not an official site.
On this 2011 archive of the NBC site, they are listed as being single episodes.

Peacock links doesn't count as this is not the initial broadcaster of the series. The way the episodes are broadcasted now doesn't interest us as we only list the original broadcast.
In the link I have sent above, from 2011, there are only 26 episodes listed.
What we are searching is a 2008/2009 archive of the NBC (the original broadcaster) site to confirm, but we have not yet been available to find one.

This is confirmed by the official broadcaster schedule for September 25, 2008 which doesn't make mention of multiple parts.
