I think the place where Arnold is building his new home is Future World, a park adjacent to Westworld. The original movie series from the 70's mentioned several others too, Samurai World and Roman World are the ones I can remember. We saw a bit of Samurai World when Felix and Maeve were running around the Delos main complex at the end of last season. Arnold said he wanted to move his family there so his two worlds would be close together. I think he got special permission to construct a personal dwelling within the Future World theme park. That's why certain shots of the cityscape look fake. This is the Delos version of Epcot Center, not a true city.
The symbol we see on the cinder blocks in Arnold's apartment, and which recurs in various places throughout the show, a cross with four dots in a square pattern, may have some deep meaning. Or it could simply be like the Dharma Initiative stuff they found everywhere on the show Lost. It's hard to tell sometimes which details are merely easter eggs. Pop culture references and the like. And which have true significance.

That's what happens when you fight a battle, and then a month goes by with no cleanup. Pipes that are ruptured by explosions keep pouring water out into the building. Fires burn until they burn out. The hosts seemed to want to wreck the place and they certainly did. You should see what houses abandoned for a few weeks after a hurricane look like when the residents go back to survey the damage. And I mean the ones that weren't ripped apart by the winds. Water alone is incredibly destructive to homes and other buildings. The Delos main compound is a mess now. But what we don't see are vines and other plants growing inside, birds nesting in the rafters, cobwebs in the hallways, dust-covered skeletons, or anything else which would indicate it's been much longer than we think. Pretty much looks like battle and water damage.
William and Dolores are both headed to the same place. I'm pretty sure at this point that the end of the game for both of them will be their inevitable confrontation. If anyone's going to kill William, it'll be Dolores - don't you think? Or perhaps something else will happen between the two characters that changes things for both of them going forward. Ford has something up his sleeve to be steering them toward an eventual meeting. It'll be interesting to see what that is.
