At the end, one baker will prove themselves worthy of star baker and another will be leaving the competition.

In the Showstopper, construction is key as the bakers are tasked with building magnificent meringue towers celebrating fresh fruit.

In the only Signature challenge of the series, the bakers create ice-cream sandwiches and dessert jars concurrently, ready to share with family and friends at a party. In their most important bake of the series, the finalists' last chance to impress comes in the form of the ultimate Showstopper - a finale fun fair cake.
