What was the woke propaganda?

I know I'm going to sound naive here but there are a couple of references to woke propaganda in the reviews. Does anyone know what they're referring to?

Mostly because it had non white characters in it I guess.
Plus, to be fair, the usual black man white woman pairing. Also a pretty much unnecessary homosexual masturbation scene.
But in the greater scheme of things it was hardly overarching in terms of distracting from the show.
