Haha... I think its simply not popular enough or aclaimed enough in an aesthetic sense... it seems people only ever talked about it for its subject matter and that has been eclipsed by Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner and gayness being mainstream on TV and social media...
Its lost like most smaller, intimate dramas involving two adults... how often do you see Random Hearts on TV?
