Boring, too long, not very funny

It is very boring. The gag about having hundreds of people passing one bottle at a time to one another got real old, real fast. But this was shown for about 20-30 minutes of the 2 hours 19 minutes "comedy."
I did not believe that the Germans would not have started shooting the Italian people to either get answers or just for kicks. I also didn't think that stealing wine would aid their war effort, and be any kind of priority.

I loved the overall vibe of the movie ! It's a 9 for me ! I loved it so much that time passed so fast ! I loved the lively dialogues with smart and wise words, the actors (maybe Rosa was just too nervous all the time), the scenery. It was a joyride for me.
