Wow. This was something. Watched on Criterion Channel as part of their 70s horror collection. I had no idea it was a trilogy. The main vampire lady is resurrected in two other movies... including Twins of Evil (which has probably just as much nudity and cleavage.) Sexy Hammer women all seducing each other and Peter Cushing looking dashing in all his period suits. It's quite something! One note, the two sequels Twins of Evil and Lust for a Vampire don't feature Ingrid Pitt but the vamp is recast in each film.
