Discuss Adventures of Superman

In this first color episode, that included the wonderful Sterling Holloway's last of three appearances in the series (but this time with a different character name), I always wondered, even as a child, why the other characters bought Superman's story that he separately managed to go back in time to where the time-transported people had suddenly found themselves, but couldn't return to the future on his own.

I mean, how would he even have known that the others had, in fact, been transported back in time, unless he was with them when it happened and was himself transported with them? If ever there was a chance for Lois, et al., to figure out that Kent was Superman, this was it.

Lol, the whole series was them trying to figure out if Clark was Superman. There was the one episode where Clark had to interview Superman and he chose to not go in front of the camera.

Where were you Clark? He would always say nevermind that or come up with some lame excuse. Forget the glasses, they couldn't figure out that Clark and Superman have the same voice?k

Yes, this series is the ultimate re: the need for suspension of disbelief.
