A scene cut for syndication from a second season ep showed Oscar was mistaken or a liar. In a fourth season ep about ghosts a skeptical Madison asks why it was quiet all those years if a ghost existed in the apartment all that time. They never heard ghostly screams or anything. But in a second season ep (one where they move into a more secure building) the front door to the usual apartment swings open mysteriously all by itself!
