I've watched this episode a few times, and every time I see it I have the same two questions. Number one: When Chapel kisses Roger Korby, why couldn't she tell that he was an Android; and Number two: Exactly what function was Andrea created for?

I only watched the first season of Earth: Final Conflict, which was very good. After season one, not so much. I also saw Andromeda, which was okay.

I didn't enjoy it as much after Boone left, but he comes back later. :-)

The problem with Earth Final Conflict was that they changed the entire storyline way too much.

It's been a long time since I saw it all the way through, but didn't they have sort of an in-show reason for that? An internal conflict developing among the Companions or something, as I recall.

@Knixon : Yes, according to the Wikipedia entry, Earth: Final Conflict had A LOT of internal problems. Gene Roddenberry must have been spinning Warp 10 in his grave.

Well I meant internal conflict within the show, although it might have started in the real world. Didn't the Companions (aliens) split into factions or something, fighting among themselves and each side also had their own human allies?

For me EFC was divided in three parts with the main aliens in each one:
Season 1: Taelons (aka the Companions)
Season 2-4: Taelons vs Jaridians
Season 5: Atavus

@wonder2wonder : I really liked Season One of EFC. The rest of the series, not so much.
