On Netflix - I have a question?

This is available on Netflix but is called Escape to the Country Collection and only has 25 episodes.
It says, Season 22 compilation and they are just title by county, with episodes in the same county, titled, county and a number (i.e. Cornwall, Cornwall 2, etc.). I see here there are 17 seasons and dozens of episodes here on TMDb.
Does anyone know what Netflix's is doing? Is there really a Season 22 "Compilation or did they just license some episodes throughout all the seasons?
We are in the US and really like the show. I wish Netflix had them all by season.
