Two comments about the Translated Title (English) field:
Currently, the Translated Title (English) uses an "x" (lower case letter X) in the title, while the original title uses an "×" (multiplication sign). There is no reason to translate the "×" to an "x", so the Translated Title (English) should use "×" too.
This point I'm less sure about, but I think the English title should not use the stylized capitalization of the origin title. The Contribution Bible is not 100% clear on this, but looking at Ghost in the Shell for example, there the Translated Title (English) field also doesn't use the stylized capitalization of the original title ("GHOST IN THE SHELL").
So in summary, I think the Translated Title (English) should be: "Spy × Family Code: White", which would also match Wikipedia.

The English translated title should be the title used by the first English language distributor. As you can see in this article, Crunchyroll use the letter "x" and use the same capitalisation as us.
By the way, Wikipedia is not an official source.
