Why do you remove the larger image?

"If a smaller image (720p) exists and you upload a higher resolution (1080p) version of the same image, please use the “Report Button” to report it as a duplicate"

This means that you remove the smaller image.

The larger version has to be excellent quality when viewed full-size. This one wasn't. What is the source? Simply adding a larger image is not enough. The quality must be great as well.
