Two coyotes (father and son) smell food. They arrive in a campsite just in time to see the owner (presumably Mickey) heading downriver in a boat. The food is secured up in a tree, and Pluto, though sleeping, is standing guard. The father sets to work on getting the food down, but junior keeps dragging Pluto out for his dinner. Dad knows that Pluto is nothing but trouble, and keeps putting him back in the tent. They eventually get the food down, between run-ins with Pluto, and are preparing to feast when Pluto runs them off and the owner returns. Pluto realizes that, without the coyotes, he's going to get blamed, and goes off to join his former foes

Due coyotes (padre e figlio) sentono odore di cibo. Arrivano in un campeggio appena in tempo per vedere il proprietario dirigendosi in discesa verso la barca. Il cibo è assicurato in un albero e Pluto, anche se dorme, è in guardia. Il padre comincia a lavorare per ottenere il cibo causando danni al campeggio, ma il junior continua a trascinare Pluto per la cena. Il papà continua a riportarlo nella tenda mentre dorme. Hanno finalmente il cibo e stanno preparando per festeggiare quando Pluto accorgendosi li caccia. All'improvviso il proprietario ritorna e Pluto si rende conto che, senza i coyotes, lui sarà accusato e scappa per unirsi ai suoi ex nemici.

Pluto är ute och campar med Musse och har fått i uppdrag att vakta maten från en hungrig prärievarg och hans son.
