Was it cheesy? Hell yeah. It had all the 90's comedy attributes and it was just ridiculous. There were some solid laughs too and seeing Dave Chappelle, Danny DeVito, and Norm McDonald all on the same screen was just baller, especially to look back on it now. I feel like if this movie dropped today, it would make millions. Look at how far Danny and Dave have come since 2000. Especially Dave because it would be a huge comeback movie everyone would go see it. Fun to see how time changes the perspective of movies!
