这一天，手里剑战队忍忍者的各位收到一封不同寻常的邀请函，邀请函来自“梦之忍者大陆”，他们将有望和传说中的忍者会面。怀着激动的心情，伊贺崎天晴（西川俊介 饰）和伙伴出发了。然而他们所乘坐的居然是一列妖怪列车，原来这一切都是妖怪制造的幻觉，无畏的英雄们陷入前所未有的大危机之中。危急关头，他们得到了一直与恶势力作斗争的烈车战队特急者的救助。从特急者口中得知，所谓“梦之忍者大陆”实际上是“黑暗忍者大陆”，邪恶的暗黑博士企图靠这个幌子将正义战士们一网打尽。危机降临，英雄们面临前所未有的挑战…

The Ninningers come across a new enemy, Dark Doctor Mavro, a remnant of the Shadow Line, who created his own, evil version of Aka Ninger serving under him by stealing the real Aka Ninger's Nintality, and because of it, Takaharu's life is now in danger. All hope seems lost until the Ninningers meet the ToQgers, who fought and defeated the Shadow Line in the past, and it's up to them to join forces in order to overcome this new crisis.

Takaharu y compañía se encuentran viajando en un tren hacia un parque temático ninja cuando cosas extrañas comienzan a suceder. Cada una tiene su propio sueño donde son salvados por personas que nunca antes han visto, cuando se revela que se tratan de los Tokkyugers la aventura comienza para detener los planes de un enemigo fanático de los ninjas legendarios, pero con ideas malévolas. Un doble lleno de oscuridad será creado pero el real sufrirá para volver a tener sus poderes y allí evitar ser borrado.
