Discuss Only For One Night

Item: Only For One Night

Language: en-US

Type of Problem: Incorrect_content

Extra Details: I would like to ask on this before making any changes. This movie in TMDB is "Only For One Night", but the artwork displays "Only 4 One Night". I would tend to follow the artwork for the movie, but does TMDB have a policy on this?

Of course we do! smiley_cat The title movie guidelines are located here in the Contribution Bible. Our policy is: "When the promotional material use slightly different titles (e.g. Twelve Monkeys vs 12 Monkeys), we try to use the title as it is written in the original on-screen opening credits."

I can tell you from experience that the logos on the posters are often stylized and frequently do not correspond to the original title. You may notice that "Only For One Night" is used in the poster billing block, and by the producer/distributors. I quickly checked on YT and it is also the spelling used in the opening credits of the film. Therefore, I believe we have the right title.
