I'm really surprised by how low the rating is for this film, both here and on IMDb - it's quite a little gem. It's not fast paced, granted, but the wit is fast and affectionate, and the political satire is good too. In fact, my theory is: it's probably due to its politics that the film has such an unfairly low rating. It definitely deserves a 7/10, and if I was in a more generous mood I might lean to an 8. I hope more people watch it.
