I'm just leaving a note regarding Czech original title. According to Filmový přehled 12/1997, page 2 this movie was originally distributed in 1997 with untranslated title "Contact" (used in promo materials and on the poster), but there was Czech translated title "Kontakt" in the movie on-screen opening titles, which is why I set "Kontakt" as the Czech translated title. (Title "Kontakt" was also used in all subsequent Czech releases of this movie.)
