ممثل تونسي، ولد في مدينة تونس في عام 1972، درس مجال الحاسب الآلي في نفس الوقت الذي كان يعمل فيه كعارض أزياء في متروبوليتان بالعاصمة الفرنسية باريس، ثم سافر إلى لندن ليلتحق بكلية برمنجهام للتمثيل، وتخرج منها في عام 2002، وبعدها بعام بدأ الظهور على شاشات التليفزيون من خلال مسلسل Dream Team، وظهر بعدها في عدد من الأفلام الأمريكية، منها (The Black Forest، Sex and the City 2، Centurion، Children of Men)، بدأ المشاركة في الأعمال العربية عام 2002 من خلال السهرة الدرامية التونسية (طلاق إنشاء) ثم المسلسل التونسي (إخوة وزمان) عام 2003، لتتوالى بعدها أعماله ما بين التونسية والمصرية والأجنبية والتي من أبرزها (نيران صديقة، فرق توقيت). |

He is a Tunisian actor and former professional soccer player. Dhaffer made his acting debut in the UK after graduating from Birmingham school of Acting. He starred in Sky One's Dream Team, BBC's Spooks and ITV's The Bill. He also starred in The Mark of Cain as Omar Abdullah and in A Hologram for the King. He became famous in Tunisia after he played the role of "Dali" in a Tunisian series called "Maktoub". He later went on to participate in dramas in the Arab world, notably in Egypt, the UAE and Lebanon including shows and series such as Taht Al Saytara, Prince of Poets, and Arous Beirut. |

Brièvement joueur de football professionnel, il entame des études en informatique, tout en devenant mannequin pour l'agence parisienne Metropolitan. Devenu assistant du réalisateur Moncef Dhouib, il entre à la Birmingham School of Speech and Drama. Dès 2002, il se lance dans une carrière d'acteur au Royaume-Uni. Il joue dans des séries britanniques comme Dream Team diffusée sur Sky , Spooks sur la BBC et The Bill sur ITV. Au cinéma, il joue le rôle dans le téléfilm controversé The Mark of Cain. Engagé pour jouer un rôle dans le film Da Vinci Code, il est toutefois coupé au montage. Grâce à son rôle de Dali, dans le feuilleton tunisien Maktoub, il devient une idole pour les femmes tunisiennes, une première pour une personnalité du pays. Diverses marques le choisissent alors pour promouvoir leurs produits, comme la limonade Boga. Installé à Londres, il parle couramment l'arabe, le français et l'anglais et possède quelques connaissances en italien et espagnol. |
