Seon Jae is in charge of interviewing Ji Won’s teammates for an internal investigation on Ji Won’s death. He interviews head manager Kwak Min Jeong, Sae Bom, Chan Wung, and Jun Ki. When the interview is over, a new posting is uploaded.

The new posting includes an SNS post from Sae Bom where she sarcastically criticizes Ji Won. Sae Bom gets upset and gives the recording file of a meeting where Ji Won is severely scolded by Min Jeong.

Seon Jae suspects that Chan Wung is the one who spread the photo of Ji Won and Han, the director. However, Chan Wung strongly denies it, and denounces Seon Jae. A video of Ji Won talking to Han in front of his office at late hours is sent to Seon Jae from Ji Won’s phone.

After seeing the video of Chan Wung threatening Ji Won, Seon Jae gets mad and tries to talk to Chan Wung. However, Chan Wung strongly denies it. A parcel is delivered to Seon Jae, and it’s from Ji Won. Seon Jae finds out the account name of the one who uploaded postings about Ji Won’s death.

How the rumor started, and why Min Jeong and Chan Wung got jealous of Ji Won are both revealed. Min Jeong often left the office early because of her young child and Ji Won took care of her work until late. And at a meeting, Director Han notices Ji Won’s competency and gives her an offer.

Ji Won is treated as an outcast not only on her team, but also within the entire company. People give her scornful looks and whisper about her. What’s worse, Director Han moves to another company alone. Ji Won tries to get a new job, but the rumor about her is already spread throughout the industry.

Seon Jae meets the person who sent him the mysterious message. It was sent by someone who felt guilty after Ji Won died. They now join hands to find ways to help Ji Won, although it’s too late.
