电视动画《战国BASARA Judge End》改编自2010年发售的游戏《战国BASARA3》。故事会以《战国BASARA3》为蓝本，将“关原之战”设为舞台。彼时为群雄割据的战国乱世，高歌天下布武的大魔王织田信长，在本能寺遭遇心腹大将明智光秀的反戈讨伐。在信长阵亡后，拥有压倒性战力的丰臣秀吉成为一方霸主。另一边，奥州最强之人伊达政宗准备进军小田原城。随后，甲斐武田军队听闻伊达开赴进军的报告，真田幸村心生驰援战场的冲动……

Cette nouvelle saison est une adaptation du jeu Sengoku Basara 3 (Sengoku Basara : Samurai Heroes)

Elle sera exclusivement centrée sur les évènements de la bataille de Sekigahara.

On retrouve donc Date Masamune, Sanada Yukimura, Tokugawa Ieyasu, qui cherchent à unifier le pays et ainsi apporter la paix, mais aussi Ishida Mitsunari, cherchant à venger son Seigneur, Hideyoshi.

時は群雄割拠の戦国乱世。天下布武を唱える魔王・織田信長が本能寺にて、その腹心である明智光秀によって討ち取られる。信長亡き後、圧倒的な武力をもって各地に侵攻したのは覇王・豊臣秀吉であった。豊臣軍は抵抗を続ける関東名門・北条家の小田原城を包囲。その軍勢には、秀吉に忠誠を誓う石田三成や、同じく三河領主・徳川家康の姿もあった。一方その頃、北条家侵攻を聞きつけた奥州筆頭・伊達政宗は、自らの高みを目指し小田原城へ進軍。無謀とも思える勝負に意気込むのだった。そして甲斐の武田軍では伊達進軍の報告を受け、真田幸村が戦場に想いを馳せていた。乱世の先を見つめ、今時代が動き出す！
