Really? Then again, we perhaps shouldn't be so surprised. These Marvel shows have been the most overhyped production since the Paris Hilton sex tape. Being the best first episode of one of these shows is the equivalent of saying that one's army is more powerful than that of Lichtenstein. The bar is already below sea level to begin with
Have you even watched any of these shows? Or are you just making commentary to make commentary?
Anyway, the second episode is not as strong as the first was even though it had a ton more action. The writing lacked the previous episode's charm, and the music choices felt underwhelming. Apparently this episode was written by Michael Kastelein instead of showrunner, Jeremy Slater, like the first episode, which definitely showed.

The Punisher and Jessica Jones had lots of redeeming qualities. The rest were stupendously overrated shyte, Daredevil included. I'm not just picking on Netflix either; Agents Of Shield was a cynical ploy to cash in on the Marvel name brand. Verily as we all admire Oscar Issac, I dunno that he's doing himself or his career any favors, with both this role and also his turn as Solid Snake in the upcoming Metal Gear flick
So you're telling me you haven't watched any of the Disney+ shows, yet calling them shyte. 😅
You do know that unlike the Netflix shows, the Disney+ shows are done by the same people who make the movies, right? As well as given movie $200mil budgets each.
Oscar is playing multiple characters in this, which is what actors covet most. Also, reviewers are already predicting an Emmy nom for his performance here.
Third episode was far more fast-paced that the previous two episodes, which made it a little hard to take everything that was going on. The big action scene was great, but even with that this is probably my least favorite episode so far.
Episode 5 was pretty insane. Overall, a pretty fun episode with a shocking twist. I've always thought of Oscar Issac as the modern day Lon Chaney, and deserves all praise for his performance in this series.
The final episode was pretty packed both in content and action, and fast paced, but that's something all the Marvel TV shows had (except Loki). Overall, I loved the series, and can't wait to see what they may do in the future with Marc, Steven, and Layla (as well as another introduced in the post credit scene). I hold Loki and Wanda Vision above this, but its up there as one of my favorite Marvel series to date. I'll definitely rewatch this again mostly cause there were a lot of foreshadowing moments throughout that paid off at the end.

I loved the fourth episode. It's been my absolute favorite so far. Surprising, considering titular character isn't even in it at all.

Taweret? Practically all Egyptian gods and goddesses (except Osiris and Isis) are based on animals.
